Grey Skies

Hey Lovelies!
I did this mani quite a few months ago, you can tell by my square nails, ha! Despite the colour changement of this polish not working, I still liked this polish.

I applied two coats of Pretty and Polished 'Grey Skies', this gave it full coverage. The polish is a lovely pale grey, with matte grey and blue glitters in different shapes and sizes. Grey Skies was meant to be a colour changing thermal polish, however, I think mine was a dud as it remained this colour no matter how hot or cold it got; it was supposed to go from grey to blue when the temperature changed. I did love the colour and the glitter combination, despite the thermal not working though.

I applied one coat of Glisten and Glow top coat over the top, but it was still pretty textured, I would've needed an extra one or two coats for full smoothness which I find effort.

So although I loved the colour and glitters, I don't particularly like the polish as a whole, I don't know if it would've been better if it worked properly, but with the thermal not working, and it being so textured after a topcoat, I just couldn't love it.
