Barry M - Baby Pink

Hi Again Lovelies!
I'm on the ball with swatches atm, trying to get through some of the many unused polishes in my stash. Soon I'll have my exams and won't be around (pfft, who am I kidding - I'm the master of procrastination).
This is Barry M 'Baby Pink', they brought it back as a Limited Edition polish last year and my mum bought it for me for christmas.

I really like it, it did take three coats for full opacity but it's a lovely pale pastel pink with a shiny finish. It was a bit thicker in consistency than some but I dealt with it and overall application was ok. It's a lot like Strawberry Ice Cream though.

One coat of Sally Hansen 'Insta-Grip Fast Dry Base Coat' - £1.50 from Fragrance Direct
- Three coats of Barry Ms 'Baby Pink' - £1.99 from Barry M
- One coat of Glisten and Glow (HK Girl) 'Fast Drying a Super Shiny Clear Topcoat' - £6.55 from Rainbow Connection

I attempted a newspaper transfer with a sheet of Chinese newspaper, but I was being lazy and couldn't be bother to wait for the polish to dry properly so I completely messed it up. I removed it straight away. This is without extra topcoat.

  1. that shade of pink is so pretty!

  2. I never thought of using a non-english paper for the newspaper transfer! That's brilliant!
