Sugar Rush

Hey Lovelies! :)

I actually really like this mani, even though it's very green! The glitter goes well, in my opinion.

I started with two coats of Barry M 'Lime Green' which is very green ;). It needs three coats for full opacity but I left it at two since I was covering any bald bits with sugar rush glitter. It was the right consistency like most of my other BM's and applied nicely, just needs another coat if you're going to leave it on it's own. I actually grabbed this from NPD a while ago but I don't think it's actually available in most superdrugs or boots anymore :(.

- One thin coat of Essence's 'Peel Off Base Coat' - £4 from Sally Magpies
- Two coats of Barry M's 'Lime Green' - £2.99 from Nail Polish Direct
- One coat of Dollish Polish 'Sugar Rush' - $10 from Dollish Polish
- One coat of Seche Vite 'Fast Dry Top Coat' - £5.49 from Amazon

Aaaargh! Pretty sure you've all guessed by now that Dollish Polish's are my favourite indies, she can do no wrong in my opinion when it comes to her amazing polishes! Sugar Rush is no exception and applied lovely as per usual, it was inspired by the popular game; Candy Crush, which I personally have never played. I used one coat over BM LG as I don't like to overload my nails. It has a lot going on and even though I don't generally like bar glitter, I think it goes well in SR. The polish is packed full of hexes, bar glitters, square glitter, and dot glitters of all different sizes and colours. There's orange, yellow, white, black, purple, blue, green, and pink. It also has a subtle blue shimmer to the base.
