Barry M - Countess

Hey Lovelies!
Another autumnal beauty :) ready for my first day back at uni tomorrow :/, can't believe i'm starting my final year already!
I was a bit unsure about the Royal Textured Glitter Collection, but Countess is gorgeous and that's coming from me (the girl that despises purple!). Personally, I liked Countess without a topcoat but for durability I applied Seche Vite and boom. It was even more beautiful with a topcoat. I'm in love! Crazy.

It applied really nicely with one coat and the second coat made it slightly darker. Since it has so much glitter, it doesn't look all that textured - it just looks matte.
Countess has a purpley brown/black base colour that heads towards a really dark aubergine type colour in the light. It looks like it has brown, purple, gold, orange and green glitters when it hits the sun which makes it a perfect polish for autumn!

- One thin coat of Essence's 'Peel Off Base Coat' - £4 from Sally Magpies

The topcoat made it even more gorgeous! It is a little lighter than this in person, and slightly more brown! Topcoat makes it so glossy and smooth and the glitters hit the light better :).
