Key Lime Dew Drops

Hi again lovelies!
So today's pretty green. I love green and these polishes are no exception, they  remind me of trees and grass and other foliage. At least looking at these doesn't cause my hayfever to flare up tho ;).

I've managed to get my sticky mitts on four of the five new gelly nail paints from Barry M and one of the new confettis. I used to the one on the right 'Key Lime' for this mani and I'm in love :D. I now own all but one (Passion Fruit) of Barry M's gelly's. That's 17 pretty, extremely shiny polishes.
(Left to Right: Confett 'Liquorice', Gelly 'Mango', 'Blue Grape', 'Guava' & 'Key Lime')

Barry M's 'Key Lime' reminds me more of apples than key limes though, but either way it's so pretty and unlike the colour of any other polish I have. It was a bit thick but applied nicely and was opaque with one coat, I did apply a second just to make sure to even out any blotches.

Squeep! I got my hands on six of I Love NP's pretty polishes during their 70% off sale. I missed out on Candy Gram and Pumpkinhead though which were my two main wants :(. The reason for the 70% off sale was due to them switching suspension bases, since their old base had a stronger odour. It doesn't bother me since I they worked out as $6.42 each which is less than £5 per polish. They were only $3 but since postage cost about $20 I averaged it out :). They took just over a week to arrive from shipping and I received a shipping notice a couple hours after placing my order. They arrived well packed, in lovely tissue paper and a box.

- One coat of Sally Hansen 'Insta-Grip Fast Dry Base Coat'

- Two coats of Barry M's Gelly Hi-Shine 'Key Lime'
- One coat of I <3 NP's 'Emerald Dew Drops'
- One coat of Seche Vite 'Fast Dry Top Coat'

I <3 NP's 'Emerald Dew Drops' has lovely emerald squares and slightly bigger bluey-green squares, white and silver hexes, white strands and little silver glitter dots. It applied quite nicely and the glitter spread out on its' own. They were right though, the polish does smell quite a bit more than my usual polishes, but it's fine if I don't inhale as I paint ;).
